Han Lon Eastern Concepts are training and development specialists offering a wide
range of innovative programmes and services geared towards the specific development
of individuals and organisations.
Our programmes incorporate both Eastern and Western methods and promote inner-health,
personal empowerment and personal and professional development. We work with people and
adopt a "mind and body" methodology; a holistic approach combining mental and physical skills and techniques.
Our work is very varied. We design and deliver our training programmes specifically for individuals,
groups and organisations. We have courses on the Han Lon Stress Management Programme,
Han Lon Chinese Health Exercise, Wing Chun
and Self Defence.
